Rec. Jan. 13, 7.50 p.m. NEW YORK, Tuesday. Sir Malcolm Campbell is considering his return to the United States within a month for another wihirl along the sands of Daytona Beach, Florida, in his famous "Blue Bird." His American manager, Bill Strum, said to-day: "Sir Malcolm Campbell is thoroughly convinced that "Wizard" Smith, the Australian driver, will break his record, and as a result, he has gone ahead definitely with plans to bring his machine back here, where an attempt on the record will be made in February at Daytona Beach."
