Rec. Jan. 13, 7.50 p.m. DELHI, Wednesday. There is a revival of Congress's illegal activities in Calcutta and Bombay. At the latter place the police dispersed the defiant crowd by h baton charge, 15 being injured. Strong action is being taken to prevent boycotting and picketing, and traders' markets are thoroughly guarded.
