CHICKEN AND HAM PIE

Take a. chicken (or part of a cold that is tender), four ounces of ham, two hard boiled eggs, parsley, pepper and salt. Cut up the chicken. Put it, with the ham cut into rather small pieces, into a saucepan with a little stock or water. Put in a buneh of parsley and pepper and salt, and allow to boil till the chicken is tender. Turn out into a pie dish, taking out the parsley. Cut up each egg into four, and place on the top of the chicken. Cover with a puff paste crust and bake in a quick oven.
