Dawes has announced that he will resign his appointment as Ambassador to Great Britain after serving as member of the United States delegation at the Geneva Disarmament Conference. A Chicago report states that General DaWes steppe'd off the train on Saturday and in 13 words dismissed all questions as to whether he will be a potential candidate for the presidency.
