DUNEDIN, Saturday. An inquest was opened yesterday afternoon and adjourned concerning the death of Russell Albert Howes (19), Who died on Thursday night at his father's residence. The eVidence showed that deceased who was a wireless expert, Was in a bath when his father heard a cry and a crash. He found deceased gasping evidently in a faint. Deceased apparently had been shaving in his bath; and was using a portable light which proved defective, and which he must have touched with his wet hand.
