1CHMELLING TO MEET W4.LKTU IN FLORIDA NEXT FEBRUARY

Rec. Dec. 28, 7.0 p.m. NEW YORK, Monday. Max Schmelling will _ defend his heavyweight boxing title against Mickey Walker at Miami, Florida, in the last week of February, under .the auspices of the Madison Square Corporation. The articles are to be signed on Tuesday or Wednesday. Mr. Jacobs, Schmelling's manager, announced that he also plans another title fight in June or S.eptemher against either Dempsey or Sharkey.
