AUCKLAND, Tues. Owing to his serious breakdown in health, the Bishop of Melanesia, the Right Reverend Dr. F. M. Molyneaux, has resigned. He is now on his way to England, and there is little doubt that he will be unable to undertake work in the tropics again.
