LIVERPOOL'S LORD MAYOR WELCOMES PRODUCE STEAMER "YORKSHIRE CLAMOURIN G"

LONDON, Friday. "This is one of the most wonderful cargoes that has ever come to Liverpool," said the Lord Mayor (Mr. E. Thompson) in welcoming the steamer Nestor. He emphasised that it included 37,000 lambs, thousands of cases of butter, millions of eggs, and 19,000 bales of wool, for which Yorkshire was clamouring.
