Rec. Dec. 6, 5.5 p.m. VANCOUVER, Saturday. A negro named Williams killed Daniel Elliott, a prominent business man,; at Salisbury, Maryland, on Friday morning, and was himself wounded and taken to hospital. Later he was taken from the hospital by citizens and lynched in the centre of the town in the presence of 2000 cheering spectators.
