Rec. Nov. 17, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Monday. The Secretary for the Dominions, Mr. J. H. Thomas, delivered a broadeast address in the "Buy British" campaign after the Prinee of Wales. Mr. Thomas deelared that he was carrying to the Dominions a massage that the habit of asking whether the articles were British was beeoming rooted more deeply than ever in Great Britain. He was making the tour to discover how possible and practical it was to utib'se more fully the great potentialities of the Empire, enabling it to develop greater ind^pendenee of outsiders.
