RECORD SURPLUS DURING PAST THREE MONTHS BRITAIN HER BEST CUSTOMER

Rec. Nov. 17, 7.10 p.m. BERLIN, Tuesday. October, like August and September, brought Germany a record export surplus. The accumulated surplus since January 1 is £117,000,000. Great Britain continues to he Germany's largest customer. Germany's imports declined by £17,000,000 compared with October of last year.
