KIDNAPPED AT NIGHT FROM HOMES AND LASHED WITH WHIPS OUTRAGE IN AMERICA

VANCOUVER, Sunday. Five supposed Communists living in the Pontiac District (Michigan) were kidnapped from their homes at midnight by vigilants. They were taken to the baseball park, where they were stripped and lashed with whips. The captors included some uniformed men, but the poliee. deny any knowledge of the incident.
