Rec. Nov. 4, 12.16 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. Tbe British United Press eorrespondent at Palermo says there was a panic in a crowded church during a special service due to an unknown cause. People rushed to exits a'nd trampled down a woman and child who were crushed to death. One hundred were injured, 30 seriously.
