SYDNEY, Friday. The militant section of the seamen met again to-day to consolidate their position. The shipowners (have qalled for crews for six idle vessels, but there was no responsq. An attempt was made to bring out the crew of the motor freighter Mundally when she berthed at Sydney today, but the crew declined and the police drove the strikers from the vicinity of the wharf. The waterside workers are carying on, refusing to be drawn into the confiict. Work on the waterfront at Adelaide and Brisbane is proceeding smoothly and there are plenty of men offering at Melbourne for all those ships not already idle.
