ALL PARTIES AGREE TO AFFORD STRONG SUPPORT v STATEMENT BY LEADERS

RUGBY, Monday. The Prime Minister and Mr. Stanley Baldwin, for the National Gov-
ernment's supporters, and Mr. A. Henderson, for the Labour Party, have given their views on the international policy as it affects the League of Nations. Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Baldwin say that co-operation with the League in all its aetivities must be.the eornerstone of the foreign policy of any British Government. The National Government will do everything in its power to promote the paeifie settlej ment of international disputes. It also will do its utmost to secure the J fullest possible success of the Dis1 armament Conference. J Mr. Henderson declares his support of the view that the British Government should use all its power and infiuence to promote the authority of the League.
