DELHI, Sunday. Dr. Low, medical officer at the Dichpalli (Hyderabad) Leper Home, says there are at least 1,000,000 lepers throughout India. He confesses that the present treatment is still in its infancy, but he believes the malady could he controlled with a central organisation. J
