CHARGE AGAINST SIR OSWALD MOSLEY FOLLOWS MEETING SEQUEL TO BIRMINGHAM RIOT

LONDON, Tuesday. As a sequel to yesterday evenmg's meeting Sir Oswald Mosley has been summoned for alleged assault and battery on Walter Jennings and Richard Cornwall, of Birmingham. The hearing of the case will be taken on Monday next.
