BURGLAR STEALS PURSE WITHOUT AROUSING OCCUPANT Wlxxle Ihe lady of the house was asleep in an adjaeent bed-room, a burglar entered the residence of Mr R. J. MiDeq, . m Carnot Street, last week and remiqved a purse containing about £3 10s in money. The intruder entered i some time during the night, raising an unlatched window; and finding .his ,way into an unoccupied room. Mr Miller was absent fr.o'm home at the time. , and Mrs MxUer was not distiirhed hy the noctufnal , vigitor wlio decqmped as silently as he had come, after securing the purse and a camera which was also in the room. The theft was reported to the police who are at present investigating i the matter, -
