Rec. Oct. 14, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. An explosion which shook houses for m'.Ies aronnd wrecked a spinning shed at Gomersal, in Y orkch ire. Tv.ro women were killed and 38 injured, six of them seriously. The cause is unknown. The explosiom blew down a 50foot wai!, shattered a glass roof to fragments, cutting many operatives and mill employees, 400 of v/hom had recently resumed working cn fuli time.
