LONDON WOOL SALES
ACTIVE COMPETITION LONDON, Tuesday. At the wool saies 11,053 bales were offered, including 2136 bales of New Zealand. About 9558 were sold. There was active Home and Continental competition, and prices were in sellers' favour. New Zealand clips: — Greasy crossbred, "Makarewa," top price 8d, average 7£d. Bradford t'ops market is firmer all round, with more business in tops and yams at higher prices.
