OTTAWA, Tuesday. The four Provinces, Saskatchewan, Albert, Bjritish Columbia and Ontario have joined in the immediate prcsecution of a motion picture corporation named by the Commissioner, Mr Peter White after his investigation of Canada's motion picture industry as forming an illegal combine. Separate action in Quebec is also likely. The motion picture combine mentioned is alleged to have eompelled Canadian theatres to accept a full quota of American films thereby preventing the ingress of British and Continental pictures.
