COMMONS ADOPT BILL RUGBY, Wednesday. The -House of Commons, by a majority of 57, adopted the EconomyBill providing for a saving of £10,000,000. The debate was largely devoted to an argument concerning the scope of the economies acceptable to the. Labour Cabinet prior to its resignation. It was admitted " that economies amounting to £56,000,000 had been approred.
