WASHINGTON, Wed. Following a two-day conference between President Hoover and the Governor of the Federal Reserve Board, Mr Meyer, and leading personages in the wheat and cotton trades, it became known that the President is seriously considering creating banking credits for the export of cottqn and possibly wheat. Mr Hoover is also considering a proposal of the Egyptian Government for an international cotton conference. Various plans to improve the situation of the two staple commodities were discussed. The eurtailment by law of the acreage sown was rej ected as unconstitutional.
