John Pittar, £4; Frederick George Worrall and Thomas Frank Martin Anderson v. Olivqr Smith, £6 11s 6d; "K" Motor Service, Ltd., v. Raerino Patupo, £5, costs £13 15s 6d; F. C. Davidson v. A. JBurton, £2 6s.; W. Monk, sen., v. J. Richardson, £3 10 s. G. Graham, who failed to appear on summons, was ordered to pay Lee Bros. the sum of £1 11s lld, in default two days' gaol.
