VIENNA, Sunday For the first time in history a mummy has been unearthed 'n Europa. t is a perfcctly-preserved woman's bocly, dressed in Roman royal purple ■proving her connection with. the Imperial House. The discovery was made in a Russian tomb near Budapest. Lying :n the grave were a pot of rruge, a bowl of powdur, three bottles of seent, nu merous jewels (including ivory hairpins), a brotnze knitting kneedle, and a roman coin indicating that tl.a. woman lived in 225 A.D.
