DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS OF THE GREEKS. BRUTAL TURKISH SOLDIERS. Received August 21, 11 a.m. Athens, August 20. The conditions of the Greeks on the Black Sea coast are deplorable. The Turks, owing to the Russian advance,are clearing ont the inhabitants of the villages and sending them to the interior concentration camps on foot and almost foodless. The Turks eu route rob these pititul caravans of every possession. Children are taken to villages and converted to Islamism. The soldiers are committing brutalities on women and girls:
