THE ATTACK ON EGYPT.
RENDERED ABSOLUTELY FUTILE. WHOLE FORCE DISPERSED. Received August 21, 2 pm. Rome, August 20. The remnants of the Turks have been defeated at Sinai and are now dispersed. Thus the whole force is annihilated.
