Per Press Association. Auckland, June 9, The A.R.O. Meeting concluded today in brilliant weather. There is a good attendance and the course is in first-class order. Results Hunt Club Cup, %% miles. —Bachelor 1, Red MacGregor 2, Boxer S. Scratched; Putarurn, Gordon Regel, Mangapapa. The winner took charge in the straight and won easily by two lengths. Time, Smin 40seo. Tamaki Steeplechase, 2% miles.— ■Te Arai 1, Tanglefoot 2, To Kainni 3. Scratched : Red MacGregor. The winner took charge going up the hill the last time, 4 and won by two lengths. Time, 4min 40seo, York Welter, one mile.—Ngapuka 1, Sedition 2, Loohbuhie 3. Davenport scratched. Irish Rifle led to the distance, where Ngapuka shot out and won by over a length. Time, Imin 45sec. Per Press Association. Wellington, June 8. , The Wellington Racing Club has decided to raise the stakes in the Steeplechase and Winter Hnrdles to 650 and 500 sovs. respective!v.. The disqualification of O. Ohesterman in connection with the Full Cry case was removed. Hastings, June 8. Bollin and Audax have been scratched for all engagements at the Hawke’s Bay Meeting.
