Count Kuno Von Moltke as ooproseoutbr offered to abandon the prosecution of Herr Harden for slander if Herr Harden withdrew his charge against Moltke of immorality. Herr Harden agreed, but the Public Presenter proceeded with the re-trial, and Harden was fined 600 marks. Count Von Moltke swore the imputations against himself were baseless.
