CONTRACTORS’ CONSPIRACY,

The official report supplied to the Chamber alleges a conspiracy of contractors to defraud the Treasury. One contract for 37 submarine motors gave a profit of 95 per cent. Battleships costing Britain about £1,500,000, cost France over £2,000,000.
