At the wool sales theie -is the keenest competition and the highest rates are being maintained. The wool sales included Gear7%d, R.S. over T 9d, Whana Otairi 9%d, Akltio 10%d.
’Messrs Murray. Roberts & Co. have received the following wool market cablegram from their London agents, Messrs Sanderson, Murray & Co., dated 11th March -.--The;market is firm. Compared with the close oi the January sales Merino a‘nd crossbred have advaned 5 to 7% per cent, except wools suitable for America aud coarse to medium greasy crossbred which show no material change.;,
