THE LITHGOW LOCK-OUT.

In the Industrial Court in connection with the information against G. and O. Hoskins, proprietors pf the Lithgow Iron Works, and O. Hoskins individually, for looking out their employees on July 9th last, the Court was of opinion that Hoskins had not acted out of ill-will or intention to force the men into submission, but from a feeling of annoyance.! Id the first 'case the ■ Court fined the firm £SO and in the second (1. Hoskins was fined £lO, with £lO 10s costs in each case.
