UNREST IN INDIA.

The police have arrested a Bengali in connection with the theft of 160 pounds of dynamite .and a quantity of fuses from Hagarubagh magazine. Seven others have been arrested for complicity in an anarchist conspiracy. The Councils Bill is causing excitement in India. Meetings in many towns illustrate the rivalry of Moslems and Hindus. Lahore homedaus desire Executive Council for the'Punjanb, and in event of a change will demand a separate Moslem representative.
