LOSS OF THE CLANRANALD.

United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received February 10, 10.45 a.m Adelaide, February 10. The inquiry into the loss of the Clanranald failed to elicit any evidence clearly to account for the sodden careening of the vessel. The cargo was properly stowed, and the Court found no ground for laying charges against the surviving officers and no evidence that the deceased officers on the watcb neglected their duty.
