February 10, The session of the State Parliament will he devoted to the provision of services for the year. The Governor’s speech annonnees that Government will pursue an active policy of reproductive works and railway construction. It will, therefore, be necessary to ask for additional borrowing powers. A loan will probably ha floated on the first favourable opportunity. After a brief recess the Ministry will introduce important policy measures.
