THE AMERICAN FLEET.

Per Press Association. Auckland, June 8. The whole of the volunteers in Auckland province will take part in the review on Monday, August 10th, and the Gymkana next day. Government will hand the local committee £SOO towards the cost of the lunch for the men of the American fleet. During the week Government intends to illuminate|Govornmeut buildings, Auckaud, utilising the fittings used on the occasion of the visitt of the Prince and Princess of Wales. The Mayor invites all persons having accommodation for visitors in fleet week to communicate with the local bureau, established for the purpose.
