The New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., reportAt the Kimbolton sale on Tuesdayphere was a fair yarding of both sheep and cattle, but competition was not brisk. A fair clearance was effected , after the sale. Empty ‘ewes 5s Id, cull lambs 2s lOd, 7s 3d and Ss 2d, 2 and 4-tooth ewes in lamb 12s, 2-tooth wethers 11s, fat cows £4 to £4 12s 6d, empty cows £2 os, store cows 19s, 28s, 84s6d, heifers in calf £2 5s 6d, weaners 17s 6d, mother fed weaners 24s 6d. At Feilding on Friday owing to the wet weather our yarding of sheep and cattle was small. A good demand again existed for well conditioned sheep and buyers were also present for wethers. Store ewes 8s [sd, cull lambs 3s Sd, forward 3-tooth wethers 12s 7d, store cows 365, forward steers £4 17s 6d, light fat bullocks £6 3s, forward cows £3 15s, empty heifers 38s.
