JAPANESE CONSUL SURPRISED. Press Association —Copyright. Received April 3, 10 a.m.; Sydney, April 3. The Consul-General for Japan has no official information as to the Chinese boycott. The movement surprised him as when he recently left Japan the relations of the two countries were excellent.
