Auckland. April 2. Giving his reserved decision in. the case of May Ourtin, a girl immigrant who had been abandoned by a man to whom she had become attached, and now stood charged with theft of jewellery, Mr Kettle, S.M., decided to give her a chance to reform on her friends entering into a bond of £SO that they would without fee or reward agree to maintain the girl for six months.
