Palmershton N., March 16. The Criminal Session of the Supreme Court opened here to-day before Mr Justice Cooper. His Honor in addressing the Grand Jury congratulated them on the comparative absence of crime in the district. There were thirteen charges against twelve persons, three of which were for assault, either with intent to cause or for having caused bodily harm.
