A PATHETIC STORY.
Per Press Association. —Copyright. ReceivedCFebrnary 33, 10.5 a.m. Melbourne, Febrxxary 23. The body of Mary McLean, aged 89, was found lying at the residence where she lived with her daughter, aged 53. Attention was attracted by the fearful odour emanating from the premises, and jinquiry revealed that the old lady died about a week ago, but her daughter would not allow anyone to enter the room, as she declared her mother was quietly sleeping and must not be disturbed.
