BROKEN HILL REPORTS. Press Association —Copyright. Received February 31, 1.18 a.m. Sydney, February 20. The report of the Broken Hill Proprietary Company for the half-year ended November 30th shows the net profits to be £137,642, as compared with £308,288 for the previous halfyear. The decrease is due to the fall in the price of metals. The company received only 8s I9d per ton for ore compared with 20s 9d previously.
