Press Association.—Copyright. Recieved Feb. 11, 11.37 p.m. London, Last Night. The Court of Appeal, reversing Mr Justice Grantham’s decision in the case of Penny versus the Bishop of Dunedin, entered judgment for the defendant. [The amount involved was something like £60,000, and the litigation arose in connection with the estate of the Bishop’s first wife, now de - ceased.]
