The steamer Windsor, from Fremantle to Hong Kong, was wrecked on Sunday night west of Pelsart Island, one of the Abrolhos group. Her bottom was sfn&shed in. Six Whites and 14 Chinese landed. The Chief Engineer, Jenkins, was dashed on the reef and killed. The remainder of the; crew refused to leave, as the vessel is safe there unless bad weather comes on., Assistance has been sent.
