BOY BURGLARS.
For Press Association. Gisbome, Dec. 2. At the Juvenile Court this morning, two boys, one aged 12 ami the other 10, were brought before the Magistrate on 8 charges of breaking and entering shops in the town. In one case a boy admitted taking £lO, most of which he threw into the river; The boys had hidden 53 keys taken from various promises. Deective Maddin 'stated that the boys had been reading Deadwood Dick tfash to which he attributed the crime. The boys are of respectable parentage and havo good homes, but got beyond the control of their parents, 'it was pleaded that the boyS be given another chance. The magistrate remanded thorn till he ascertained the amouut appropriated. The accused were committed later for trial.
