Press Association —Copyright. -- London, Nov. 20. The Times anticipates that an eighth Dreadnought will he included by Lord Tweedmouth in the next estimates. Berlin, Nov. 20. Germany, in 1914, will have 13 battleships of upwards of 19,000 tons, 24 others and 14 large cruisers. The total tonnage of the fleet, now below 330,000 will then be 700,000. Received November 20, 10.45 p.m. Loudon, November 20. Tho Times anticipates that an eighth Dreadnought will he included in Lord Tweedmouth’s estimates.
