FINING A RAILWAY COMPANY.

Per Press Association. —Copyright. Ottawa, October 26. Judge Riddle, of Toronto, has fined the Michigan Railway Company £SOOO for negligence in handling dynamite, thereby causing the explosion at Essex Centre, an account of which was cabled on Augusc 12. (A fire at the Southern Railroad Depot at Boulder, Colorado, spread to - a magazine containing 1000 cases of dynamite. An explosion followed. 100 people were injured, two fatally. All "the glass in the city was broken.)
