(Press Association.) Auckland, August 31. Tho total gold returns for ■ August for the Auckland district amounted to .£108,380 11s Od. Tho Waihi G.M. Co. contributed £65,100 aud the Talisman £18,500. The exports of gold and silver totalled 30,4510 z (£115,202) and 152,4780 z (£15,841) respectively, as against 22,3510 z (£00,0533 aud 111,5630 z (£11,330) in August, 1905.
