(Press Association.) CiiKiSTCHtuicu, August 21. H. K. Mehvtrens, winner of last year's Warrnambool to Melbourne road race, who has been disqualified by the League of Now Zealand Wheelmen till February, applied to-night to have his disqualification removed in order that he might defend his title as road champion of Australasia at the forthcoming race.
