Amos was charged with assaulting John Pawson. The complainant, whoso land adjoins tlio State school playground, refused to deliver a football to the teacher, Amos, who went over-the fence for it, and Pawson alloged that Amos had struck him in trying to take the bill from him. The easo was dismissed.
